Helen Brooks (Voice Message)
Hi, everyone. It’s Helen.
I just wanted to thank you again for today’s presentation. I’ve had some time to think about everything we discussed, and I wanted to share a few final thoughts before we move forward.
First of all, congratulations. I genuinely believe your team understood our biggest challenge. Instead of focusing on the product itself, you focused on how people want to feel after using it. That simple change completely transformed the campaign.
My favourite part was the central message:"Feel relief. Live freely."It’s memorable, positive and, most importantly, respectful. It doesn’t make our customers feel embarrassed. It makes them feel understood.
I also loved the idea of showing everyday moments instead of medical situations. Seeing people enjoying dinner with friends, travelling, or simply sitting comfortably tells a much stronger story than showing the product alone.
Before we officially approve the campaign, I’d like to suggest one small change. I think we should include a little more information about the product’s medical credibility. We don’t need to make it the main focus, but adding a short message about its clinically proven effectiveness would help build even more trust.
Apart from that, I think we’re very close to the final version. Over the next few days, we expect the visuals to be refined, the social media timeline to be finalised, and the presentation slides to be updated with today's feedback.
Once those changes have been made, I’ll be happy to approve the campaign.
Thank you again for your creativity, your professionalism, and all the hard work you've put into this project.
I’m really looking forward to seeing the final version.
Have a great afternoon, everyone. Bye!
We’ll see you next time.
