Hey, Emilia.

I hope you’re doing okay.

I just wanted to update you because Nathalie emailed me a few minutes ago with the first instructions for the Lemaire campaign.

She said that the client had really liked the new creative direction and that we should start preparing the first proposal as soon as possible.

She also mentioned that she wanted everything to be ready by the following Friday, so we have a little time, but not too much.

She told me to have you prepare the initial project timeline before Thursday. She said that a first draft would be enough because we’d review it together later.

She also asked me to tell you that she wanted three Instagram campaign concepts based on the visual style of the TV commercial. She explained that the client was looking for something elegant, minimal, and cinematic.

As for me, she said that I should prepare the mood board, the commercial concept, and the presentation for our internal meeting.

Oh… and she added that all final decisions would go through me before anything was presented to the client.

I know that probably sounds a little formal…

But honestly, after yesterday’s meeting, I think she simply wants the process to be organized.

By the way…

The client said that he had really liked your idea, even if Nathalie didn’t say much afterwards.

I thought you should know that.
